You have heard of greeting cards that have sound, 3D images and eventhose that allow you

to record your own voice. However, have you ever heard of a greetingcard that springs to life and

plays on TV!

Floridacompany DVD Portraits have created the world?s first 3D animated

birthday card characters that come to life straight from the greetingcard and plays

on your TV!

EllieBeach, the founder of thecompany stumbled across the idea when she was looking

at how her children loved animation and then decided how to implementthat into

something special to most children ? their birthday!

Armed with her artistic talent, she started to create 5 cute petcharacters called DP and his friends
on paper as greeting cards. After showing them to friends and family, she discovered that many children loved
them and wanted something more ? animation of thosecharacters. This bore the beginning of the first ever
birthday card that actually comes to life on a regular TV. DVDPortraits created 3D animation of those characters to dance and sing the famous?Happy Birthday?song and attached it to the birthday card, whichdelighted children of today who are technologically advanced and want more thenjust a card.

In these economic times, the idea of a card that comes to life whileincorporating an animated gift for the same price as a regular birthday cardhas seen this small Floridacompany rapidly grow and is now available in stores like Walgreens andHallmark.

Cards that play on the TV - a sign of the times.
